Tim is managing the eStack Gitlab upgrades when he upgrades his own instance. The upgrade procedure is pretty straightforward these days. You just SSH in as root, and run `apt update` then `apt upgrade -y` and then (optionally, but should probably do it every few updates) reboot the box.
