Work with Rania to design the first of many invoice templates for various business documents that are currently vanilla-CSV files.

Shipment Invoice
Packing List
Purchase Order
(What Else?)

Templates should be plain HTML files with no Javascript and minimal images. The body element width should be constrained by CSS to either 8in or 10.5in.

This is a parent issue.

As templates are finalized, open new tickets for individual templates and assign them to Tim to integrate, and then link them here:
