Supplier column should be populated with a dropdown-menu to select supplier.

If defaultSupplier is set (which in the future it always should be, almost all the time) then that's the default selection.

If no default supplier, default to empty selection and fail validation if line-qty is non-zero.

Show supplier selection, but select the filter-driven supplier as default, instead of defaultSupplier. Append (default) to the defaultSupplier code in the dropdown.
