Background

DHL seems to have a new API for GlobalMail that would appear to present an opportunity. Since this new API has the typical flow found in UPS, FedEx, etc (meaning: request labels from API, receive label imagery), it seems like there is a good opportunity use this in addition to UPS/MI and finally actually have support for using multiple couriers (even simultaneously!)
