Inputs:

Look-back period
Max volume
Minimum Stock Level

Criteria:

Return all SKUs and some volume data where the SKU has had at least one active listing covering the look-back period[1]. These SKUs are candidates for liquidation.

[1] Need to ensure that stock-level was >= MinSL (or zero?) for entire lookback.
