Update to Sales Stats on login Dashboard #401

Check to make sure the numbers add up correctly. Let's change course from related ticket #137 (I just closed that one), and let's use the totals of all orders for DOs, regardless of Complete or Active status. Previously you set it to show only the Shipped totals for DOs. Now I want the totals on the DOs, not the shipped totals. The wholesale/retails shops we have are more important to have useful sales stats from at the moment.

If possible, allow the user to select dashboard sales views. Choose between showing DO totals, Marketplaces totals or both combined. Even deeper, to allow users to select displayed DOs data (show shipped totals or DO'd totals)
