Update Download Shipping Invoice csv Files to Start on row 1, not 10 (A1 preferrably) #391

I'd like the output csv from the Download Shipping Invoice to start data on row 1 instead of row 10, invoice number to be in column A preferabbly (now it's in column B), and have the Upload Supplier Invoice uploader read the data starting from row 1 (not 10)

Since I have to copy and paste Supplier SKU or other data before uploading these invoice to the shop (JiuLong for example), I need to edit the csv file. See the Supplier Invoice file attached; the csv requires us to insert headers from row 1 to 9 (old Bo Feng stuff). Problem is, if we open the csv in an editor like excel, libreoffice or google sheets, it removes all rows with no data by itself upon saving the edited csv. Unless we put some kind of header data in rows 1 to 9, the data automatcally gets pushed up to row 1. To get around thos, I enter '1' in column A rows 1 to 9.

Let's just move the data up to row 1 so we don't have to do things in the middle of the csv spreadsheet.
