Upload Shipping Invoice does not like commas on totals over 999, please remove commas #388

If the line total is over 999, then the csv we download (Shipment Invoice from zeneroe warehouse), then the csv puts commas in the number. The totals in the error message to add up. If I remove the comma and store the number without any formatting it uploads fine.
