Allow user to set a location as the default location to go to upon receiving stock. In the shop environment, stock going to QC and then having to go to /loc and move all items in QC is not ideal. If we can somehow skip when in POS retail/wholesale environment mode, that is best.

Ideally users can designate any location as a 'Non-Pickable' location. Users could default send goods right to a pickable location upon bulk receive of a supplier invoice. No need for further action. See issue #162
