POs page: Remove the columns from All POs list view page display #381

Remove the following columns from display:

ETA - we always need to click into the see the SKUs anyway, so the ETA here doesn't help

Lines - not useful enough

Cur. - we only use one

Received - No need the amount received in summary on this page view. The % Received is enough

Paid - We can track inside the PO

Balance - We can track inside the PO

Column adjustments:

'Created' - Just remove the time of day. Only show the date. hour stamp clogs up the view making making the overall page feel overwhelming for newbies.

'Ordered' change to Order Amount
