POs: Set ETA date per SKU line in a PO #380

Allow user to set ETA per SKU on a PO. Not required. This will allow us to print better reports for suppliers as to what's coming when.

Also, if we display the ETA for SKUs when shown in the SKU Widget that'll reduce lots of questions from the shop girls about when stuff is coming and also avoid the warehouse staff to constantly ask the factories

Increasing the image size on the SKU widget will give us the real estate to fit the ETA next to the PO #. See screenshots.

1st screenshot shows the PO page in Pending status. There seems to be room here to add the date. It'll make it tighter, but we have the room. Check a sent PO page to see how it may be more difficult to display there.. but if we display it on the SKU widget, then we can check there.. problem is changing it on a srnt PO when the factory delays... so maybe we need to fit it on the Sent PO page anyway.. Would like to get your feedback about the best way.
