@tim I thought I had an issue open for this, but cannot find it.

Attached is the spec sheet in excel format (from google sheets). This is something that will help streamline things and get us off asynchronous excel files between departments.

Spec_Sheet_fields.xlsx

The page/form title or top level header is : 生 产 制 单 P/S

You can use both English and Chinese on this whole form if you think it'll look ok. However, I am fine with just the Chinese labels for the fields on the front end. I would say we should use English on the backend if anything, so we can identify fields later.

I put a blank row between each section. The first line after the blank row is the header of that section Best to review in LibreOffice as I put the headers in bold too. Also, one section goes horizontally beyond two columns, so you can see the layout in LibreOffice as excel file instead of a csv, which will lose that layoutness.

Also, the space at the bottom of the text on both Fabric Swatch 1 and Fabric Swatch 2 is needed as we will want to print this. Not sure if you want to factor that into the page layout in the browser, but if we can make this form printable, I would roughly that amount of space so we can attach a piece of fabric in that space.

Please give me any feedback or questions you may have. Hopefully it's straightforward.
