let's change the Created Date to show the Checkout Date instead. This will make it easy for us to sort by date of the sale. If we sort by created it will co-mingle different dates that share the same created date.

Also, let's ditch the Lines as it's confusing for basic users as to what it means. We'll probably end up putting paid or other statuses there later that may become more relevant.
