Create Template Manager to allow eStack users to select from 5 country/language templates when generating invoices using the existing 'PDF Invoice' button here:

They should choose these languages based on country, not language, so we can use the appropriate tax calculations to be displayed.

In the next update, we need to support:

English: US, UK, Canada, Australia
Spain
France
Italy
Germany

The user should be able to change the logo on the template and edit the company name and address to be displayed on the invoices

User should be able to select the tax type to be calculated/displayed items should show VAT (for UK/Europe), GST (for Canada), or local Sales Tax (for U.S.). Tax rates should match what the rates of the customer billing information provided.
