Mark Pick & Pack Orders as 'Shipped' #345

There are over 4,000 orders in the Pick & Pack queue that have not been shipped. These orders need to be marked shipped for us to start using easypost.

These 4,000 orders ar in the shipment status of 'New' as shown here: https://cb.estack.com/retail/shipments/231684

Can you try and set these shipments to the status of 'Shipped' in the database? Tim had done this before and it should remove these 4,000 orders from the Pick & Pack queue. See an example of s 'Shipped' status shipment in production here: https://cb.estack.com/retail/shipments/183035

We also need to make a fucntion on the Shipments page to 'Mark as Shipped' but I will detail that in another ticket.
