Add Different Currencies for Order Data, Sales Reports #302

We need to phase in support for multiple currencies. While we need to allow currency selection for many aspects of the application, the most urgent and straight forward first step would be to assign the appropriate currency to orders imported from sales channels.

Right now, we are only receiving non-USD currencies from Amazon. ebay, shopify and Walmart orders are all in USD on our accounts.

For Amazon, we are currently selling in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and Mexican Pesos (MXN). By not tracking these currencies properly, all sales report data in inaccurate.

Let's get this step done and display the currency on the order pages.

Once we start tracking the currency on each order in eStack, we can further develop sales reports and then implement an exchange rate API such as google finance or XE.com. The goal is to allow global sales and reports to be shown all in the home currency, and to capture the home currency fx rate at the time of sale for foreign currency sales.
