ebay Global Shipping Program - Need to get correct address import for this order type #285

Ebay has a Global Shipping Program that allows non-US buyers to purchase US based items and ship the items to a US address and ebay will reship the items for the customer to their international address.

For some reason, eStack is not importing the US based ebay ship to address. It is pulling in the buyer's overseas address. This causes big problems because ebay is expecting the item to go to their US address, and the eStack user will end up shipping the item using international postage directly to the customer which is very expensive. Or, if the eStack user does not have international shipping set up, then the order will be rejected from the Pick & Pack process. This will cause the order to not be shipped.

See screenshots below and some links to ebay's new fulfillment API which addresses this. Not sure if our existing integration can pull the correct address or not.
