It may be that after we changed to the new Amazon SP-API, the orders from the Amazon North America marketplace (US, Canada, Mexico) started showing the county name in bothj French and English on the address in the Ship-To column, like this: ÉTATS-UNIS - UNITED STATES and AUSTRALIE - AUSTRALIA.

Previsously, we only displayed the State (Province) and Post Code for US addresses on the Ship-To column of the Shipments and Orders pages.

We want to fix this so it only shows the English name of the country, and also we should not show the domestic country for the user since they know their in their local country.

For example; if the user is based in the US, then the Ship-To column on the Shipments and Orders pages should just have the State (Province) and Post Code for US addresses, and add the country for the international addresses. If the eStack user is based in Australia, then the Australia addresses just show the State (Province) and Post Code since Australia would be domestic. If the Austalia user gets a USA order, then it would show the State (Province) and Post Code and country.

We need to associate the user's home (domesctic) country with the shipments and orders tables, in order for this to work for any user around the world

See the screenshot example from cbus instance below, where it is the way we had it as State (Province) and Post Code only for USA:

After some API update a while ago, the other instances like erwan and new instances show the country in French and Englsh for USA and other countries. See screenshot below:
