Keep Disabled Sales Channel on Orders Page Drop-Down 'Filter Orders by Sales Channel' #243

Issue: When a user disables a sales channel in eStack's Channel Accounts page, the channel disappears from the 'Filter Orders by Sales Channel' as shown in the screenshot below. When the user selects 'All Records' the disaabled channel account order data is there.

Solution: Keep disabled channel accounts on the drop-down menu with the word 'disabled' in parenthesis, like this: Amazon US (disabled). That way they user can easily filter any sales channel regardless of enablesd status.
