Some Direct Retail Shipments are Stuck in Picked Status #193

Once a eStack Direct Retail generates a shipping label, we should mark the shipment as Complete. Not sure if we need to go Picked then Shipped, then Complete, but the goal is to be marked Complete and thus, the Order should get marked Complete.

However, if the user voids the label, the shipment will be cancaled and the Order would remain open. It seems we should put some delay of time, say 1 hour, between the shipment marked Shipped and Order being marked Complete in case the user wants to void the label and reship. In a perfect world, the user could later set the time of day they want orders to be reported for all channels (set the cron time)

Or we should allow the Completed retail order to be reopened (I think that's more difficult at this point). We can discuss
