This is application to all PII data as amazon,ebay, walmart, shopify required as to remove the PII data on our system 30days from the order has been created.

since estack is for order fulfillment, this is fine to get rid of it all.. keep first name if we get it separately.
yes, let's null last name
if better to null both first and last, it's fine too
just to avoid any issues
sellers on shopify can access the PII for longer
as it is their customer
only middleware apps like estack need to delete it as we are considered third party and only need the data to print the labels
let's null both first and last name.. then we have no iissues
post code for US only the first 5 digits can keep
the last four would be considered pii, as it points to their actual location
98109-2109
US zip codes will be with 5 or 5+4
